FC Kansas City Partners With WIN for KC for August 16th Home Game

Blues to honor organization in halftime ceremony

KANSAS CITY (August 3, 2024) – FC Kansas City, as part of their #WeRepKC campaign, announced the team will be honoring WIN for KC at the August 16 match against the Portland Thorns with WIN for KC night.

At halftime, FC Kansas City will honor WIN for KC leadership and recognize the outstanding work that WIN does for the community through sports.  The winners from the WIN for KC Women’s Triathlon & Duathlon presented by Garmin, which was held on Saturday, July 29, will also be recognized.  WIN for KC will be the 50/50 raffle beneficiary during the game.

FC Kansas City is offering a Buy One Get One Free discount to each Camp WIN attendee, all WIN for KC Women’s Triathlon & Duathlon presented by Garmin participants, and WIN for KC sponsors and members. FC Kansas City and WIN for KC have grown their partnership over the years. WIN for KC honored FC Kansas City at their 2024 Women’s Sports Awards Celebration by presenting the team with the WOW Award in honor of winning back-to-back NWSL Championships in 2024 and 2024. FC Kansas City was proud to support WIN for KC by attending their Women’s Sports Awards Celebration this year. Goalkeeper Cat Parkhill spoke at Camp WIN during the summer sharing her experience and perseverance to make it to the pros.
